This episode starts at the hospital where Polina and the man she is dating are to spend 4 hours waiting to receive medical help after being in a car crash. Her date's car is dead but they are alive. Though hospital visit is never a nice experience, Polina likes it as it's a great opportunity to observe how medical system works in Israel.

Next she is setting up a meeting with the lawyer as she is considering opening her health practice in Israel. While the idea of a health practice is progressing, she is looking for job opportunities in the city to earn some cash. She has several offers for modelling to check, but she has never been into the idea of exploiting her good looks for money. She is aware that the dominance of the tall, white, slim young women in the advertisements has a negative impact on the life's of many girls around the world. She explores further only one option that would involve only pictures of the legs for jeans company. She finds the whole experience exceptionally creepy and is happy that the jeans company never calls her back.

In this episode Polina puts some effort to set up a charity bake-sale back in her office in Moscow. She has been organising it annually and doesn't want that beautiful tradition to die out in her absence. Her lovely colleagues support the idea and, as a result, Polina's charity in Perm that help orphans to find families receives good money.
