This episode starts with a Mercedes Maybach coming to pick up Polina at her friend's place to take her to the airport. She is about to fly to the island of Saint Martin. It is kind of unclear if the flight will take place as disastrous hurricane Irma is about to hit the island. Air France puts her on a flight to Paris promising to take care of everything in case of emergency.

She arrives in Paris to only find out that the Air France agents in Moscow made a dramatic mistake and put her on the Paris-Saint Martin flight that had already been cancelled. After hours of waiting and talking they give Polina a hotel for just one night asking to wait for updates from the Carribean.

The next day Polina is to catch a train from the airport to move to a place that was kindly offered by an Austalian guy living in Paris (a friend of a friend) who agreed to host her while she is waiting for news from Air France. She makes it to the airport train station only to find out that all trains were suspended; someone had committed suicide jumping under a train.

Polina is deeply sorry for the person whose struggle with life was so unbearable. She is looking for a bus to take her to Paris from the airport. The bus takes her to the heart of Paris where she must switch to the metro. While in the metro Polina finds out that her backpack was opened by thieves and all her money, documents and Kindle are gone.
