This episode starts by showing Polina's frustration over the robbery. But being a pro at dealing with extraordinary life situations she does not panic. She goes directly to metro information office to leave her contact in case a miracle is to happen and someone finds her documents. She gets a free ticket that takes her to the nearest police office where no one is friendly. She files reports.

Afterwards she finds a safe place in a local Pizza Hut to make a call to the Russian Embassy. The Russian Embassy says that the only way to deal with the situation is to find two Russians in Paris who can identify her, and she will be issued a paper that will allow her to go back to Moscow. Sadly, she knows zero Russians in Paris.

We are not exactly sure, but this is probably when she realises that all of her carefully plotted plans for the year are forever gone. Knowing how long it takes to restore documents and visas in Russia she cannot hold tears and starts to cry. Suddenly, an angel in the shape of a Moldovan girl, working for Pizza Hut, appears to give words of support and offer help. Polina is touched and starts to cry even more.

Feeling some sort of the love from the Universe Polina departs to Enghien les Bains, where she is to spend a few days, while sorting out the way to get back to Moscow. There is no way forward without documents and Saint Martin is completely destroyed by the hurricane and her friend is being evacuated.

She knows that the hurricane that has just destroyed Saint-Martin together with Polina's plans is man-made. She is reflecting on the disastrous effects of the environmental change caused by humans and consumerism and thinks about what else she can do to decrease her eco footprint.
